Free Sample treatment available on Thursdays for new customers!
Free sample is a one hour session for customers who are considering a course or regular Reiki treatments. Subject to availability so please do not book unless you are sure you can attend. Last minute cancellations or changes often mean that someone else has missed out unecessarilly. To book your free sample just send me an email or give me a call.
When you arrive for your treatment, you will have a chance to talk with me and ask any questions. If you have any special requirements please let me know in advance, so I can do my best to make sure your experience is comfortable and safe. You will be lying down for your treatment, fully clothed and with your eyes closed. You will be informed of the process before I begin and will be able to talk about your experience after the treatment if you wish too. The treatment will take up to 55 minutes allowing 10 minutes either side of the treatment to chat, relax and ask questions.
No contact is made to the face, throat, chest (on women), genitals or any area that you request.
As well as deep relaxation some people may experience other sensations:
Heat or coolness; tingling; magnetic sensations;energy moving through the body; floating or sinking; colours or dream like visions; memories resurfacing; physical movement or twitching; an emotional release.
If you have a physical condition sometimes you may experience an increase in symptoms during your treatment, this is nothing to worry about and will dissipate as soon as the treatment is over if not before.
You should always seek medical advice if you have any health concerns. A Reiki practitioner is not able to diagnose conditions or offer medical advice.
All medical treatments should be continued unless your GP or other appropriate medical professional suggests otherwise.

Reiki Treatments for Animals.

Any animal or pet can receive Reiki. Animals can be surprisingly sensitive to energy and often give clear responses whilst having their treatment. The process for treating animals is very much the same as treating humans. There are a few obvious exceptions, they won't be expected to get on a treatment table, they won't be frowned upon if they are wearing fur, nor will they be asked to remove their shoes. Most animals can be treated at my venue. Prices vary depending on the animal and location. Prior to the appointment I will require information about the animal, to help me assess the best way to proceed. All animals must receive regular checks from a vet. Wild or aggressive animals will only be treated remotely. |
The first session with any animal will be spent getting to know the animal and checking how they respond to Reiki. Small Pets such as birds, mice, rabbits etc. usually only require 20 - 30 minute treatments . Cats and dogs usually require 30 - 40 minute treatments. Larger animals may take up to 1 hour. Sessions at the venue will range between £15 - £25 Visits to stables or farms will be priced individually depending on location and the number of animals being treated. |
